Service Description
Introductory Glassblowing Course – Dive into the fascinating world of glass! Have you always wanted to work with hot, molten glass? In our beginner's course, you'll learn the basics of glassblowing and how to move safely in the workshop. At the end, you'll take home your first glass objects – glasses, paperweights, or small works of art! What to expect: - Safe handling of hot glass – Introduction to tools, techniques & safety rules - Fundamentals of glassblowing – Experience how to shape and design molten glass - Practical exercises – Each participant creates their own glass objects Price, time & participants: Payment is by the hour, at €120/hour, regardless of the number of participants. A beginner's course can be held for a minimum of two hours. Procedure: You book your hours according to the group size. I recommend booking at least 3 hours; even for two participants, 2 hours can often be stressful. Two hours would be sufficient for individual instruction to delve deeper into the subject. - We'll schedule a time for your session and then meet at the workshop. - After the course, the glass pieces can be picked up from the course location starting the following day. Ideal for: ✔ Curious beginners with no prior knowledge ✔ Creative minds who want to discover glass as a material ✔ Teams and groups looking for a unique experience together ✔ Anyone who wants to create handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces Languages: German, Spanish, English
