When you contact us by email, phone, or messenger, your details will be stored for the purpose of processing your request. The same legal bases apply as under Section 5. Regarding WhatsApp, we point out that the processing is carried out by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. and that data may be transferred to the USA. Therefore, only use this channel if you agree to this. 7. COURSE BOOKINGS AND COMMISSIONED WORK
For the delivery of courses, workshops, and commissioned work, we process the data required for contract processing. This includes name, contact details, and billing address, as well as, in the case of courses, any information relevant to safety in workshop operations. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for the performance of a contract. We retain invoice-relevant data in accordance with commercial and tax law periods of up to ten years (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
8. ONLINE SHOP AND ORDER PROCESSING
When you order in our online shop, we process your master data such as name and address, your contact details, and the contract data relating to the ordered goods. The processing serves the fulfilment of the purchase contract and is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We retain invoice-relevant data in accordance with the commercial and tax law retention periods of up to ten years (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
The online shop is technically operated via Wix.com Ltd. The hosting information under Section 3 applies accordingly.
To deliver your order, we pass on your address data to the respective commissioned shipping company, insofar as this is necessary for delivery. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Payment processing is carried out via the payment service provider you select during the ordering process. Your payment data is transmitted directly to the respective provider; we ourselves do not receive complete payment data. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR as well as our legitimate interest in secure and efficient payment processing (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data protection provisions of the respective payment service provider apply additionally.
